A service request for the transfer of pilots consists of two different trips: carry the pilot to the place of assignment and the pilot’s return after the pilotage assignments. 

The carriage of the pilots to the place of assignment means that we pick the pilots upat the port and carry them to the arriving vessel. 

The return of the pilots describes the pilotage service rendered by the pilot of safely navigating the vessel from port to sea, and the pilot’s return on our pilot boat from the vessel back to shore.

With the rapidly changing conditions on the German North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts, we guarantee the safety of the pilots with our experienced crew on the pilot boats. This is especially true in adverse weather conditions or rough seas and at the most dangerous moment of a transfer, when the pilot transits from the pilot boat boarding the ship or vice versa.
